HAU Berlin – Claiming Common Spaces
In alliance with other international production houses, HAU Hebbel am Ufer presents the project Claiming Common Spaces. On June 21, Michael Schindhelm will join a panel discussion “On the Situation of Our Cities”.
Claiming Common Spaces explores Henri Lefebvre’s essay Right to the City through installations, performances and music. A lecture by urban sociologist Sharon Zukin will open the three-day event. Subsequently, Ingrid Krau (urbanist), Michael Schindhelm, and Christoph Schaefer (artist – Park Fiction, PlanBude Hamburg) will join the panel discussion moderated by Christoph Twickel (author).
