“Why Hong Kong”
On February 27, Michael Schindhelm, together with students of ZHdK, presents the publication “Why Hong Kong”.
Why Hong Kong is part of the project Connecting Spaces by the Zurich University of Arts (ZHdK). Together with Claudio Bucher, Brandon Farnsworth and Patrick Kull, students at ZHdK, Michael Schindhelm scrutinized the influence of various large-scale projects on Hong Kong’s cultural situation. Not only that the M+ museum, conceived by Basel-based architects Herzog & De Meuron will be constructed at West Kowloon Cultural Distict; also, since 2013, Art Basel anually puts up a fair in Hong Kong.
